I’m a wife, proud mom of six, and a Certified Menopause Coach passionate about helping women navigate midlife and menopause with confidence, and renewed vitality. Raised on the island of Oahu, my love for the ocean, family, and the healing power of food—passed down by the incredible women who raised me—fuels my mission to champion women’s health.
I believe the key to life is to never stop moving, and I try to live by that every day—whether it’s Pickleball, Pilates, strength training, bike riding at the beach, or getting in 10,000 steps walking through Disneyland. I truly believe we are in control of our bodies, and movement is a powerful tool for feeling our best.
I help women move through perimenopause and menopause using natural solutions, hormonal health strategies, and tailored nutrition and fitness plans to reclaim balance, restore strength, and overcome challenges like fatigue, weight gain, and stress.
My personal journey—shaped by witnessing life transitions, medical struggles, and my own experience with midlife—has made me determined to empower other women. As a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist , Yoga Instructor and a graduate of the Fit Chicks Academy Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause Coaching program, I blend science, expertise with heart to help women thrive.
I’m committed to being a role model to my daughters, teaching them to approach every stage of womanhood with power, confidence, and an unstoppable mindset.
