We lead and motivate people to achieve better physical and mental fitness through improved nutrition, fitness, and mental health. We work with individuals, companies, and other public and private organizations. We provide nutritious and satisfying examples, plans, and resources for eating. We lead and facilitate physical fitness activities, from simple stretching at a desk to intense exercise classes. We facilitate meditation and encourage the clients’ preferred spiritual pursuit.
Our co-founder and lead practitioner, Michelle, has been in the health and wellness industry for 15 years. She holds various fitness and exercise certifications and has college level, culinary training. She has run corporate health and fitness departments. She has even owned a successful exercise-class based gym! Her passion is to make people happier, more productive, and live longer.
We have helped individuals with meal planning, appropriate snacks, exercise plans, and led workout sessions. We’ve organized and led corporate wellness days with yoga sessions and nutritional food and drink examples.
